Cheddar Parmesan Crisps

Hubby was skeptical at first, but really liked them! 🧀

I was really torn about whether this recipe belong under Appetizers or *From Scratch* Ingredients. Appetizers won out because, tho these appear in some of my recipes as an ingredient, they’re delicious to munch on all on their own!!!

Cheddar Parmesan Crisps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400â—¦ F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Stir the cheeses (3/4 cup cheddar and 3/4 cup parmesan) together in a small bowl.
  4. Place *equalish*-sized heaps of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spread apart as much as possible.
  5. Bake for 6 mins, until the edges start to brown. Watch them carefully – they can go from done to burned quickly!
  6. Once removing from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan, then transfer them to paper towels (preferably over a paper plate to ease clean up) to drain and get a bit more crispy.
  7. On a cutting board, chop into bite-sized pieces, if desired.
