I’m all about the #ProteinMacros during these months of body recomp season so finding ways to quickly and easily meet my macro and micro goals is always a win.

This is why microwaving eggs for one is such a game-changer for me and this basic scramble is fast and tasty and I LOVE it!

TIP: I’m staying within DVs for sodium these days, but you can add a bit of kosher salt (to taste) during the whipping process if you like. 😉

Whipped Basic Scramble Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 oz liquid egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
  1. In a very large mug, whisk together 1 large egg, 4 oz liquid egg whites, and 1/8 tsp ground black pepper until frothy.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 secs, until just fully cooked through.
  3. Run a large spoon around edges of the scramble and gently under its bottom to transfer to a plate and enjoy!
