I’m always looking for yummy ways to meet #MacroGoals. Here is one of my latest super easy and tasty ones.

I had a real dilemma as to which category to place this under here on the website as I eat it as a side dish, it tastes like dessert, and it is amazing as a fruit or churro dip. 🪄😋

TIP: I just whisk, but you can combine all ingredients in a food processor to whip together if preferred.

Cinnamon Honey Whipped Yogurt Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 Tbsp honey.
  2. Whisk in 1 scoop collagen powder (if using) and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon until smooth.
