

Made this up for my Chicken Tikka Masala recipe.
Garam Masala Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
- Add all ingredients together (1 Tbsp cumin, 1 12 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1 1/2 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves, and 1/2 tsp nutmeg) in an airtight spice jar.
- Shake well to blend before each use.
