Hot Honey Recipe

  1. Add 1 cup honey and 3 Tbsp crushed red pepper to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Once simmering, cook for 2 mins. Don’t allow mixture to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  4. Allow to cool a bit before serving or storing.
  5. If storing, transfer to an airtight container and keep in fridge. When ready to use, heat to a warm liquid again.
  6. Before serving, strain through a fine mesh strainer, using a rubber spatula to press honey through into receiving container.
