Hot Honey Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 12 g (3 Tbsp) crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Add 1 cup honey and 3 Tbsp crushed red pepper to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering, cook for 2 mins. Don’t allow mixture to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Allow to cool a bit before serving or storing.
- If storing, transfer to an airtight container and keep in fridge. When ready to use, heat to a warm liquid again.
- Before serving, strain through a fine mesh strainer, using a rubber spatula to press honey through into receiving container.
