Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 100 grams trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts (about 10 medium)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Line an extra large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
  4. To a gallon-size Ziploc bag, add 100 g trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts.
  5. Pour marinade over Brussels sprouts, seal bag, and gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 mins, then remove from oven and flip Brussels sprouts.
  8. Return to oven and bake up to 20 mins more, until browned and slightly charred.
