Garlic Cheese Herbed Cauliflower Crown Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cored (see bottom right pic above)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400â—¦ F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt, and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
  3. To a lidded baking dish that is large enough to hold it, place the cored cauliflower upside down, then use a brush to transfer 1/2 of the sauce over this bottom side of the cauliflower, spreading it around the core and into crevices. (see middle left pic above)
  4. Turn the cauliflower right-side up and brush remaining sauce over it. (see middle right pic above)
  5. Cover and bake for 40 mins, until tender.
