Garlic Parmesan Dusted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small ramekin, combine 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
  4. Equally season 2 lbs chicken tenders on both sides with ramekin seasonings then place seasoned tenders equally spaced on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake 20-30 mins (depending on breast thickness), until meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of each breast registers 165° F.
  6. While tenders are baking, combine 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley, and 2 tsp minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. When tenders are done baking, top each equally with Parmesan mixture.
  8. Return to oven and continue baking just until cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 mins before serving.
