Garlic Parmesan Dusted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
- 1 large *pinch* (1/8 tsp) garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small ramekin, combine 1/2 tsp salt and 1 large *pinch* (about 1/8 tsp) garlic powder.
- Equally season 2 lbs chicken tenders on both sides with seasonings in ramekin then place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20-30 mins (depending on breast thickness), until meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of each breast registers 165° F.
- While chicken is baking, combine 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley, and 2 tsp minced garlic in a small bowl.
- When chicken is done baking, top each breast equally with Parmesan mixture.
- Return to oven and continue baking just until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 mins before serving.
