Greek Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 lbs thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
- In a large glass or ceramic mixing bowl, whisk together 4 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1/3 tsp dried thyme, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1/3 cup EVOO, 4 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, until well-combined.
- Place 2 lbs thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breast in the marinade and turn to cover in marinade, until well-coated.
- Cover (with a lid or cling wrap) and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Lightly oil BBQ grates and preheat BBQ to medium.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the grates and grill for 5 mins per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
