You’ll want to serve this one immediately after preparing…
TIPS: To make this a Whole30 recipe, omit the honey. To make this an OvoVege or Vegan recipe, sub the honey for agave nectar and sub the butter for a vegan butter without trans fat that has an avocado oil or olive oil base.
Honey Herb Glazed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
- Add 1 cup broth to inner pot of Instant Pot.
- Add 1 lb carrots.
- Close lid, set to SEAL, and select Pressure Cook (or Manual) for 8 mins.
- When cooking cycle is done, do a quick release by setting to VENT.
- In a large skillet on stovetop, melt 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Add 1/3 cup honey, stirring constantly until fully incorporated into the butter.
- Add 1 tsp parsley and 1 tsp thyme and stir in.
- Add 1 lb cooked carrots and stir in.
