Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 6 frozen large peach slices
- 1 frozen banana, sliced (I personally freeze mine in slices rather than trying to slice frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (about 1/16 teaspoon) ground ginger
Directions
- Add to blender, in order: 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, sliced 1 frozen banana, 6 frozen large peach slices, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2 Tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 pinch ground ginger.
- Secure lid and blend on high speed, in up to 10-sec increments, until smooth. This takes me about 4, 10-sec cycles in my blender.
- Pour into glasses and serve within 1 day. Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately.
