Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 frozen large peach slices
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced (I personally freeze mine in slices rather than trying to slice frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (about 1/16 teaspoon) ground ginger
Directions
  1. Add to blender, in order: 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, sliced 1 frozen banana, 6 frozen large peach slices, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2 Tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 pinch ground ginger.
  2. Secure lid and blend on high speed, in up to 10-sec increments, until smooth. This takes me about 4, 10-sec cycles in my blender.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve within 1 day. Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately.
