Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 fresh Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed then cut in half
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400◦ F.
- Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
- In a gallon-size Ziplock bag, toss 10 halved brussels sprouts with 1/4 cup EVOO.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and toss again, until evenly coated.
- Place the coated brussels sprouts in a single layer on the sheet(s).
- Bake for about 10 mins, then turn and bake for about 20 mins more, until browned and slightly charred.
