Perfection!!!
I first made these biscuits for a holiday gathering we hosted some years ago. My mother-in-law loved them and commented that the best part was not even needing to add butter.
Now, these are my husband’s favorite bread *order* for family gatherings…
TIPS: If you can only find a 16 oz can of Grands, just stick 2-3 of the quarters in individual slots of a large muffin tin:
Shortcut Herb Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Grands
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
Directions
- Cut biscuits into quarters and set aside to come to room temp. This prevents butter mixture from solidifying when hit w/ cold biscuits!
- Preheat oven to 425â—¦ F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 1/2 tsp parsley, 1 tsp dill, and 1/2 tsp minced onion with a silicone spatula (you’re going to want this same spatula later).
- Dip and roll each biscuit quarter in butter mixture.
- Place quarters into 9″ ceramic pie dish, with pieces touching.
- Pour remaining butter mixture over biscuits, using spatula to get (and spread) every last bit.
- Bake for 12 mins, until outside edges are a light golden brown.
