I used to love me some Carrow’s Turkey Bacon Avocado Stack. Unfortunately, the restaurants became a lot harder to find since the pandemic shut-down and now they have all closed… 😞

So… We did what we do best these days: Make it at home!

Hubby thinks it was better than the restaurant’s. Kid made sure there weren’t any leftovers.

Win!

Served w/ my Cajun Baked Onion Rings.

Ingredients
  • 1 croissant, sliced horizontally
  • 6 slices roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon (cooked)
  • 2 slices tomato 
  • 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Spicy brown mustard, to taste
Directions
  1. Spread mustard to taste on inner sides of 1 croissant.
  2. Layer from bottom to top on bottom half of croissant in order: 1 leaf lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 1/2 sliced avocado, 6 turkey slices, 2 bacon slices, then 2 cheese slices.
  3. Place top of croissant on top and serve.
