Turkey Bacon Scramble Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 oz liquid egg whites
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 slices turkey bacon
Directions
- Pan fry 2 slices turkey bacon according to package instructions, then drain on a paper-towel lined plate.
- Once bacon is cool enough to handle, dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a very large mug, whisk together 4 oz liquid egg whites and 1/8 tsp ground black pepper until frothy.
- Add diced pan-fried bacon and gently stir to distribute as evenly as possible.
- Microwave on high for 1 min, until just fully cooked through.
- Run a large spoon around edges of the scramble and gently under its bottom to transfer to a plate and enjoy!
