Garlic Herb Buttered Cod Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 (4 oz) cod filets
- 3 Tbsp Garlic Herb Butter Compound
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Pat 3 (4 oz) cod filets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small ramekin, combine 1/8 tsp black pepper and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Season both sides of each filet with ramekin seasoning blend.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat on stovetop.
- Add 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and heat.
- Add filets and cook for about 3 mins, until they are golden brown on the bottom.
- Reduce heat to medium, flip filets and top each with an equal amount of 3 Tbsp Garlic Herb Butter Compound, then continue cooking for about another 4 mins.
- As filets cook, spoon melted butter compound back over the filets.
- Plate filets and drizzle with melted butter compound.
