

I’m always excited to find yummy ways to add more beef dishes as it’s the meat I’ve got the least experience eating and preparing. ![]()
When hubby first saw this on the menu, I think he thought it was just a clever name but got excited when he realized he was actually getting to make steak in some form that I, too, was going to eat. ![]()
Served w/ hubby’s homemade bread topped w/ Garlic Cheese Spread and *toasted* in the oven and a Caesar salad…
NOTE: We like our steak tender but fully cooked. Adjust your cooking times below if you prefer a less cooked steak.
Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground salt
Directions
- Heat a large cast iron skilled over high heat on the stovetop.
- Add 1 Tbsp EVOO and heat.
- Season 1 1/4 lb sirloin steak cubes w/ 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper and 1/8 tsp freshly ground sea salt.
- Add 1 1/4 lb seasoned steak cubes to skillet – in a single layer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Add 2 Tbsp butter and 2 tsp minced garlic.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat steak cubes in butter sauce.
