

This dressing stars in my Insalata di Pasta and Parmesan Vinaigrette Salad recipes. Toss it with salads, roasted veggies, whole grains, and more!
NOTE: You REALLY want to plan in advance and make this dressing at least a day ahead so that the flavors come together instead of just tasting vinegar-y!
Parmesan Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- In a salad dressing jar with sealing lid with , whisk together 6 Tbsp EVOO, 3 Tbsp lemon juice, 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp honey, 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp minced garlic, 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard, 3/4 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper until well-combined.
- Refrigerate overnight to fully marinate.
- Shake well before serving.
