

Back in the day, @bigbubbasbad_bbq served an amazing pulled pork nachos appetizer. I really miss it and recently was thinking of it, so… I decided to make some Pulled Pork Nachos.
My Pulled Pork recipe tops tortilla chips alongside black beans and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Garnished with light sour cream and pico de gallo. Yup. #AllTheYum
I layered chips, cheese, beans, pork, cheese, then repeated the same layers again. Baked for 10 mins at 400° F.
Used 1 14.5 oz can black beans (drained), 8 oz cheese, and about 1/2 bag of Tostitos Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips (party size) on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
NOTE: Makes 12 snack-size servings OR 4 meal-size servings.
Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Pulled Pork recipe, divided
- 8 oz tortilla chips, divided
- 1 (14.5 oz) can black beans (drained), divided
- 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- Garnish suggestions: Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Cover an extra large baking sheet in parchment paper.
- Layer 4 oz tortilla chips, 2 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 4.5 oz drained black beans, 1/2 pulled pork recipe, 2 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Repeat Step 2.
- Bake for 10 mins, until cheese is fully melted.
- Garnish and serve!
