If you’ve ever found yourself ordering at Red Robin just so you could dunk your fries into that smoky, creamy Campfire Mayo, you’re definitely not alone.
There’s something about that perfect combination of rich mayo and tangy BBQ sauce that transforms fries into something downright irresistible. The good news? You don’t have to make a trip out every time the craving strikes.
Our super easy recipe captures that same sweet, smoky, creamy flavor profile that you love. In less than 5 mins, you’ll have a versatile sauce that’s every bit as craveable as the restaurant favorite – a creamy, smoky, slightly sweet bowl of yum.
This creamy barbecue sauce works wonderfully as:
- dip for Baked Seasoned Fries (this is our favorite pairing!), Baked Sweet Potato Fries, or onion rings
- burger, sandwich, or wrap spread
- dipping sauce for chicken tenders or nuggets
- topping for grilled chicken sandwiches
- dipping sauce for fresh or roasted veggies
Whether you’re hosting a backyard barbecue (like what I crafted this for), game day gathering, or family dinner, this sauce is always a crowd-pleaser.
