

In the past, we’ve really enjoyed the Olive Garden House Salad and Taylor Farms Everyday Italian Salad Kit, but a) we don’t really eat out anymore, and b) our local stores seem to have stopped carrying some of our Taylor Farms favorites. 🥺
So, we do what we do best these days… Make our own!
NOTE: You REALLY want to plan in advance and make this dressing at least a day ahead so that the flavors come together instead of just tasting vinegar-y!
Parmesan Vinaigrette Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 servings Parmesan Vinaigrette (see my Parmesan Vinaigrette recipe)
- 2 (11 oz) Iceberg & Romaine Salad Mix with carrots and cabbageÂ
- 2 oz croutons (see my Sourdough Croutons recipe)
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss 11 oz Iceberg & Romaine Salad Mix with carrots and cabbage and 3 servings Parmesan Vinaigrette (or more, to taste).
- Top with 2 oz Sourdough Croutons and serve.
